Good service for a quick diagnosis. Only minus one star because the ventilation in the building has black mold. I recognized it when my eyes got very itchy out of nowhere upon entering, went outside and was fine. Black mold is visible on multiple air vent intakes. Doesnu2019t seem acceptable for a medical facility, please fix that. Could lead to misdiagnosis ofnpatients.

Amanda the Security lady was amazing and very kind.nI come here all the time and my boyfriend or who ever I am with is always allowed to comenin with me, unfortunately this time I had to bring my sister and the receptionist in time was rude not allowing me to go in with her just smiling and telling me u201cshe declined you to enteru201d referring to my sister- she never said that .nIt is annoying but what can you do right?nAnyways Amanda was super nice and handled things calmly and with a nice attitude.nI have never had any problem at this facility, in all my past visits I have been atended quick, in a kind manner addressing the issues. I do recommend this place, Doctors and nurses in my experience have always been kind.

I went to urgent care Thursday January 16 and called them today Jan. 18:and they never return my called. I had problem with medication and they didn't return my call. Very rude people. I will never go there again.ud83dude21ud83dude21 I had to go back on Jan. 19 the nurse and doctor we're very rude and they're out there talking about me. Not good work thing to do

I've had good experiences here before but my most recent was quite depressing. Nurse Practioner Alyssa L. Landry simply just didn't care what I had to say. I explained my issue told her the antibiotics she insisted I take wasn't going to work because they didn't last time and essentially didn't seem to care about my ailment or how it was treated last time. They even sent my scrip to a pharmacy that was closed, and I was willing to entertain her diagnosis and try the antibiotics that didn't work last time but can't even pick them up to prove her right or wrong. So here's to a long weekend where my eye is swelling my vision is blurring my head and face are hurting and the medical professional who could've helped just ignored me. Thank you Alyssa. If this gets worse I hope your malpractice insurance is good.

Iu2019m a Disabled Veteran with VA Healthcare and was denied service after the VA sent me here for urgent care because the lady at the front desk couldnu2019t figure out how to do my paperwork and check me in.
