Called them early this month to see if they accepted my medical and if they were accepting new patients. Before they answered any of those questions, the lady that picked up phone asked me my DOB, of I had any medical issues and if I was on any meds. Then she still didn't answer any of my 2 questions. Said she would call me back. Hmm, calls me back 8 days later. Patient discrimination? Sure felt like it. Won't be calling them back to give them my business. Shame. Just not the best way to handle patients.

I can't say enough good things about the medical care here. Even specialists my husband and I have seen have said they aren't supposed to comment on other doctors, but Dr. Barnes is among the best. Very big of preventive care, not just treating illnesses as they emerge.
