The front desk experience was disappointing she came off outdated, unaware, and low-key profiling me. It felt like she was there out of boredom, not purpose. You need someone younger, more culturally aware, and in tune with the timesu2014someone who represents your brand with intention, not just passing time till retirement. - didnu2019t even get seen I just went somewhere else

0 stars. Secretary should have more decency. My husband went there after an injury at work to make sure there was no metal in the laceration to his jaw. Upon arriving to an EMPTY waiting room the secretary said he couldnu2019t be seen for a half hour and that he needs to go to the ER. As a nurse, this is unacceptable and this medical center should be EMBARRASSED for this type of care towards patients.

My experience here was excellent! I showed up less than a hr before they closed and the staff was super attentive and took their time. The meds prescribed helped me get rid of symptoms I was experiencing for an entire month going back & forth to my PCP. Also was able to get an xray of my chest & sinuses the same day.

I was in and out in literally 15 mins!! They got me right in, took x-rays, got me situated with a splint and I was on my way! I waited 5 days in pain because I dread the wait of urgent cares... but I should have went when the injury first happened! The Dr and staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back if need be!

Went into this walk in yesterday with my significant other. He was having a heart attack. Secretary said it would be a long wait to be seen. I called 911 the dispatcher said to ask them for an adult aspirin or 4 childrenu2019s aspirin. I asked they had no aspirin. No nurse or Dr came to check on him while waiting in the waiting room for the ambulance that I called, while he was holding his chest and unable to move his left arm! Do not go here or take a loved one here! The Doctoru2019s at RI Hospital said he is lucky to be alive. He had to have a stent put into his left anterior descending artery within 30 mins of being admitted into the hospital! How does a walk-in not have aspirin???? And why did no one that is trained in the medical field that works at this location come to the waiting room to check on a person having a heart attack. ud83dude21
