Not even open at 9am on Sunday like posted everywhere! I even called and they said they are open Sunday's at 9Am. Why are they not open? I have stuff I need to get done within a deadline. Disgrace. However, the Physician I saw here previously is pretty good, they get a star for that!

edit - giving 5 stars now instead of 4 because they called me to follow-up on how I was doing. That was unexpected but I appreciate it!nnI had a pleasant experience at this urgent care yesterday. Front desk staff was standard. Wait time was to be expected. If I didnu2019t have an emergency, I wouldu2019ve made an appointment online ahead of time. That seems to be the most efficient way to get seen. The MA, PA and x-ray tech were all professional and friendly

I had an exceptionally good experience and never felt a thing!nThe staff was very accommodating and the doctor who performed the test was very sensitive to my concerns. He explained everything to my satisfaction and I felt less apprehensive about having the test done. He was a real peach and I have no qualms what-so-ever recommending this lab to others. I look forward to coming here again as I have two separate cataract surgeries to go through.

The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent care, even on a Friday evening. The physician's assistant who saw me was both knowledgable and had a good bedside manner. They were also understanding of my complicated insurance situation, and looked into all the paperwork. Yes, it's a long wait, but what did you expect at urgent care? I would go back.

I was treated respectfully and professionally. It was a Monday morning and the office was not busy. I did not, however, see a doctor and would like to have had the opportunity. Instead I saw a physician's assistant who was knowledgeable, if a little impersonal. The facilities are good, with X-ray and testing services onsite, so patients need only walk down the hall for necessary services. In the days following, the clinic called to check on me twice, which was a thoughtful service. I definitely would recommend them to someone who is without a primary care physician or in need of urgent care when a hospital is not accessible.
