Unprofessional from the front desk all the way to the doctors. My daughter was seen here tonight and the so called Doctor kept talking over her and was extremely rude. She left something in the waiting room and they locked the door and the lady that works the front desk just kept laughing. I honestly donu2019t know how you stay in business with this kind of mannerism.nIf you donu2019t like your job , stay home. REAL doctors care about the patient and I can honestly say this is the worst experience Iu2019ve had in 40+ years . You donu2019t even deserve a one star . Iu2019d give you a 0 out of 10.

I was very sick, so I went to the center, and the nurses were wonderful. They took great care of me, and the nurse in charge of my care gave me the best medication. Thank you so much to you and all of your staff for doing a wonderful job in times of need.

Went there for a puncture wound. I called before arriving if they can address wounds.nThey sprayed over the counter cleaner on it from 6 inches away and refused to actually clean it. Instead, push for a tetanus shot and X rays.nAt least they prescribed antibiotics but you can do that online for less.nWe had to flush it out at home. If we didn't it would most definitely become severely infected.

Having never visited before, I was quite pleased with my experience. Checking in was simple with a friendly encounter. However, signing in online is an option I learned about during my visit, so that is one option I'll keep in my for the future. A large screen showing patient order and anticipated wait time is present in the main lobby, so I actually left for about an hour to get good and then return.nnBeing treated, care and attention toward me was as expected for urgent care. I was helped and received a quick and professional consultation.nnFor those needing, a small children's area is to one secluded side in the lobby. Coffee is also available, with several TVs as well.nnI highly suggest visiting if you're needing fast clinical help that isn't too extreme.

I wish I could give their billing department a no star...even though we sent the payment, they are still sending bills for a visit. Even though months later I sent proof of payment, they still keep sending the same bill, and not only sending the bill, but they sent the account to collections. Even though the check I sent for payment was stamped and deposited two days after it was dated. THEIR BILLING DEPARTMENT REALLY SUCKS!!!
