Iu2019ve waited for over an hour and a half before being told that my daughter couldnu2019t be seen that day. Iu2019ve also tried to get in when I was visibly in pain and the receptionist locked the door when she saw me walking up the sidewalk. It was 15 minutes until they closed and she clearly didnu2019t want her holiday weekend messed with. Donu2019t work in the healthcare industry if you arenu2019t willing to help people.

Went in and talked to NP. She gave a prescription, explained the situation and advised me to go to ER. Everything she said was validated by ER personnel. The ER doctor(s) did not change a thing.nI called my PCP and she agreed that it was the right course of action.nCleanest facility I have ever been in to.nStaff was very helpful. NP was able to explain everything clearly so I would understand.nI will absolutely go here again. It's better than any hospital experience I have had in years.

Everyone there is very kind and professional. The rooms are all clean and organized. My only u201ccomplaintu201d would be that I did have to wait over an hour to be brought back to a room so if you have an emergency I would say go to the ER to be seen faster. If it is not an emergency then this is a great spot.

My first experience with Eastern Shore Urgent Care was refreshingly pleasant. My wait time was very reasonable considering they were moderately busy. After being taken back by the nurse, again my wait time to see the provider was rather quick. My reason for coming in that evening was positively addressed by the provider, appropriate prescriptions were given, and I was on my way to feeling much better! I got to the location about 10 minutes before they opened. There were 4 or 5 other patients in the waiting room with me. The person at the front desk was nice and efficient in checking everyone in. The nurse and doctor who saw me were friendly and detail oriented. The whole visit took less than 30 minutes and I felt like I was treated well, my issue was diagnosed and a prescription was called in quickly. I would definitely use this office again.
