This is the best urgent care I have ever been tonClean waiting room, usually quick to be seen, and very patient providers. I love that they take the time to figure out what the problem is instead of listening for 30 seconds and prescribing something you might not need.

Weu2019ve went to the urgent care for years, but it has recently gone very downhill. My mother was in about two weeks ago for a suspected sinus infection. They gave her an antibiotic and sent her home without really being with her for more than five minutes. I took her back this Sunday because she was vomiting and a severe headache. Did not really examine her, but commented her pulse ox was low, and they sent her home with a nausea med. On Monday, she could not get out of the bed, so I called them back to see what they suggested and they told me she may have a brain aneurysm (which terrifies me) and I should probably take her to the ER. Turns out, she is septic and has had pneumonia probably since she first went in a few weeks ago. This clinic needs to do a better job spending time, listening to their patients and actually giving them a full exam.they should also not tell families that their family member could have a serious condition such as an aneurysm without some proof.
