The ONLY reason I am giving this Urgent Care facility a 3 star review is because of Dr. T. He is amazing. He explains everything so thoroughly! He has so much compassion and empathy. You can tell he cares about who comes to see him.In my experience, the nurses and front staff could care less. There's a distinct lack of communication at the front desk. I was in crippling pain and I was just handed paperwork to fill out, once I filled it out at the window, I stood there for the lady at the front desk to take it. I was ignored. So I went to sit down. Then I was called up again. At this point I'm in near tears from having to walk.I finally get called back, I was clearly having difficulty walking. No assistance was offered. My vitals were taken and then I waited to see Dr T. The walls/doors are thin, so I hear a nurse saying something about how someone thinks they're going to get pain management. Okay, could be anyone but still, unprofessional to smack talk patients. Dr T comes in and sees me shaking and crying from pain and immediately gets an order started. At this point, moving feels like agony. The nurse comes in looking annoyed. She asks if I can stand up and bend over. I ask if I can just sit in the chair. She says that won't work. (Funny how I have been seated and got a steroid shot before, but okay.) So, I said I'd like to lie down on the table because Im afraid I will pass out, no offer of assistance is given. I finally manage to get on the table and turn. Shots done and I'm struggling to sit up. No assistance offered. She then just says you're good and walks out. Does that mean I'm free to go? Does that mean the Dr is coming back? Please have better communication.I hobbled my way to the door that leads to the waiting room and stop to ask if there's anything else the front desk needs from me. I was ignored. Finally someone noticed me and I was told I can go.I love Dr T. I cannot understand how such a great Doctor has such uncaring staff.

Came here around two weeks ago trying to get a refill on my prescription, there was a lady at the front desk messy hair, bad attitude, very low speaking, I don't know if she was tired or too bothered to actually do her job, she turned us away stating that there were no doctors available and to go to a different urgent care. Very hard to believe that an urgent care would have absolutely no doctor available but nonetheless left and decided to come back another day. I came back today to try to get a refill, and encountered the same lady, she kept rolling her eyes, would answer the phone calls and kept rolling her eyes and shake the phone angrily like she was bothered that people were calling and in need of assistance, she barely bothered to speak up or speak at all and tried telling us that we never came here before when we have been coming to this place for plenty of years now, just for her to get the birth date wrong and barely be bothered to apologize. Besides her everything else was alright, doctor vijay is a very nice person, very sad to hear he will be leaving soon, the only reason why I kept coming back here honestly.

Staff is friendly and Dr. Tirumalasetty always takes the time to explain what his diagnosis is and gives thorough instructions for prescribed medication. Being an urgent care, you'll likely have to wait at least an hour to be seen, but it's much better than waiting for an appointment elsewhere or going to a hospital. I like that they'll check whether you have a virus or infection for most things so that they can diagnose you more accurately. Test results come back quickly and I've never spent longer than 30 minutes here once called back. Thank you all for doing such great work!

The Nurse Practitioner was too busy to initially offer any advice or suggestions about my concerns. It was a letdown and they were quick to send me away and had little time to hear anything I had to say. They don't even have time to release you with discharge paperwork. Quality care was not in the cards for me at this clinic.

My daughter just left this facility. She has a medical condition that requires a service dog. Dr. Schlotterbeck was highly dismissive of her condition and even commented that she should be able to handle her condition without the service dog. My daughter's dog picked up his leash because she cannot bend over when her heart rate is high. The doctor stated, Oh, your mom must be extremely lazy making you pick up her stuff for her. I am just confused about how a medical professional can be so insensitive to people with medical conditions. My daughter will never return to this place. Dr. Schlotterbeck even had the nerve to ask my daughter about using her as a primary physician. The doctor does not have any social awareness. Very disappointing.
