Friendly staff, quick service. I felt heard and seen. Masks available at the from desk and sanitized pens. They were considerate of my insurance as requested before ordering tests. You will pay before you receive any services. The clinic was very clean and for a Saturday it was spacious and relaxing. Dr. Thomas Tran was not afraid to take a look at my concern and do his best to find a solution. Highly recommend.

The entire staff from check in to check out were both efficient and friendly! I was able to get in and out surprisingly quickly for a Saturday morning walk-in appointment at 11:30am. My prescriptions were sent in and ready for pickup by the time I reached the parking lot. I really appreciated the positive energy and smooth processu2014especially since working on the weekend and dealing with so many people could easily make the experience feel impersonal, but the team still maintained a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Staff was nice, but the pricing is a bit ridiculous. Having to wait 1-2 hours to be seen and being charged almost $500 to have my ears cleaned is a bit much? Even after insurance (I have good insurance) I am left with a bill of $277 dollars? If I am going to be charged a mandatory fee of $300+ for the office visit maybe the procedure should be included? Or at a minimum shorter wait times to accommodate your pricing.

I am so thankful. I left Piedmont Hospital which was around the corner having an allergic tea and was left in the lobby at stage three. If I didnu2019t come to you guys I probably wouldu2019ve been dead. The staff was the best they treated me immediately I thank God for you guys. Welcoming. Timely. Efficient. This is my second visit, which was predicated on the welcoming, timely, and efficiency of the staff. The ability to schedule an appointment, complete paperwork, verify eligibility in advance, and to receive alerts if delayed, are all positives. The staff is professional and work quickly to address the issue at hand (although my visits were for minimal injuries).
