Had an appointment 08/29/24. Got a confirmation the day before for my appointment. Then on the day of, they call me and cancels the appointment. I call back and their answer was, I can give you our Chino and Corona office number, and you can call them to see if they have availability. What!?!? You cancel the appointment, not me, and the remedy is oh well, go find a different doctor on my own? Shouldn't it be upon you to find me an alternate appointment time?

Avoid any branch of Vista Medical Group if you care about your health and value your time.The staffs are not trained or helpful. There were some good doctors over the years but they left. The doctor turnover rate is high you almost never get to see the same doctor.They always hire really rude staffs like Rosa or Linda Nguyen, or the incompetent nurse practitioner Janet (who gave me the wrong lab order and medication, as told by the specialist).Imagine youu2019re sick and youu2019re in pain, you donu2019t get to see your usual doctor because there is no appointment until 1 month later. But you can see whoever is available there and give you the wrong medication or wrong lab work (have to take 1 day off work to do the lab). And being treated by the rude staffs as if youu2019re an inconvenience to them. Not to mention the 4 HOURS WAIT! Or 2 hours wait even with appointment!The staffs never process the paperworku2019s on time and sometimes they even forget to submit it.I have it up to my neck and I blamed myself that I did not switch doctor sooner!!!This office has wasted so much of my previous time and risked my health!

I called the number on my health card and this location picked up the phone and set me an appointment. I come today for the appointment and they cant take me in because they're not contracted with my primary provider EVEN THOUGH my primary provider is correctly located here! Ridiculous right?! So now I can't see them and I have to go waste time and money to go find someone else! I hate this company

Staff was so helpful, especially when I couldn't read some of the stuff because of my poor eye sight she helped me fill out the rest. Nurses was very helpful and friendly and Doctor Janet Cruz was very friendly, insightful and made me feel comfortable of my issue I was having. Very much will come back to this urgent care. Will highly recommend this place.

Call before you go! Took my sick 2 yr old (whou2019s been here before) on a day that the provider they use doesnu2019t see children under 6! Super inconvenient and nowhere is that listed on their site. Wouldu2019ve been nice to know and wouldu2019ve saved me time! With a mom who isnu2019t sleeping at night because they have a sick toddler, time wasting such as this is super irritating!
