My wife recently had total knee replacement surgery at Edgerton Hospital. From the minute we walked into the hospital, we knew we were at the right place: receptionists and nurses were friendly and professional.They were very helpful in explaining everything that would happen and where we needed to be. Dr. Brian Keyes, his nurses and surgical team were outstanding: courteous, professional, helpful, and caring. If she needs her other knee repaired, this is the place we will come as that u201csmall town feeling where you arenu2019t just a numberu201d, is very evident.

Amazing experience. Truly u201cQuick Careu201d. We were in and out in 30 minutes or less and that included our check in time at reception. Less than 1 minute of sitting in a waiting room. The quality of our care was top notch, the provider listened to my concerns and was quick to assess and address the problem. We will definitely be using this location for our quick care needs from now on! Thank you!

The. Orthopedic staff is amazing. Very thoughtful and understanding. I had 2 surgeries there within 4 months for different problems and both Dr Keys and Dr Dahm were wonderful.

HORRIBLE HOSPITAL!!!! I wouldn't take my closest family member here for anything. I'd rather be dying on the side of the road than go here. they'll sue you over any bill or payment even if you don't have the money. no payment plans, no calls or bills sent to you. they will garnish your checks at the hundreds. imagine having heart surgery and owing grands? absolutely not. you're better off treating yourself. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but high praise for the Edgerton quick care and their staff. They are very professional, Nice and welcoming. They listened to all of my concerns and truly made me feel comfortable. Iu2019m so glad to have such a convenient and easy healthcare option in town. I have unfortunately had to visit multiple times for multiple issues, from ear infections to skin infections. Every time I was shown the same amount of courtesy and compassion, which I wholeheartedly appreciate.
