This is my first visit to Fast Pace clinic. I needed blood work done, and I am not a fan of Dr's or needles, but the Dr was very nice, she asked questions and really listened to what I had to say and the nurse that did the blood draw was so sweet and patient with me, I told her I haven't had the experiences because I have hard to find rolling veins. She had no problem and got the stick the 1st time. They all made me feel relaxed and a lot more comfortable than when I arrived. I have now made them my PCP. Highly recommend for whatever medical services you need.

I am 31 years old and visited the clinic recently for what I recognized as the beginning of a sinus infection. As someone from Alabama, I am used to seeking medical care early to prevent infections from getting worse.nnThe front desk staff member was kind and welcoming, and the nurse who took my information was also very professional and considerate, which I appreciated.nnHowever, my interaction with the doctor was disappointing. From the moment she entered the room, it felt like she had already formed an opinion about me. I was not attempting to dictate my care but simply shared what treatments have worked for me in the past. Despite clear symptoms u2014 significant throat drainage and early signs of a sinus infection u2014 I was told there was no reason to administer a Rocephin shot. This was confusing and concerning, as the symptoms were evident.nnThe doctoru2019s tone was also unnecessarily condescending, particularly when asking if I needed a work excuse. Only after I made small talk did her demeanor become more courteous, which felt disingenuous.nnUnfortunately, this experience forced me to cut short a trip I had planned to visit my best friend, as I had to return home to receive the care I needed.nnI hope the clinic will consider how critical it is to listen to patients without bias and to ensure all individuals feel respected and cared for.

The care was good, but tried to register my ill granddaughter on line. The codes wouldnu2019t work three separate times. I arrive at the clinic 15 minutes before my appointment. Waited 35 minutes without a receptionist at the front desk. I am sure she was at lunch since it was Lunch time. Missed my appointment and had to wait 2 hours without a sick child. I use this clinic frequently and this is the first time I have had a bad experience. There should be someone covering the front desk at all times. The nurses and the NP was excellent as usual

My 7 year old needed to see a doctor on a Saturday and this was the closest walk in clinic near us. Upon entering we were greeted and instructed on what to do. There was no waiting time, it really is fast paced. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice and gave us all the information needed. Way better than sitting in an emergency room for hours to get very little help. I am very happy I chose to bring my daughter here, great place!

So thankful a NP was available to see my granddaughter on a Saturday. The best part was via appointment scheduled online before clinic opened. Great service! My granddaughter feels better already! Kudos to the staff at Biloxi FastPace location!!!
