Travelled from California and got an ear infection, after stopping in multiple other urgent cares, I stopped here and man care was top notch, i did wait because I walked in but was out in about 1 hour. Was diagnosed with ear infection, the doctor and the nurse practitioner are super nice, they treat you right, and don't rush you. I really enjoyed this visit. The front desk lady also very nice and chill. Rare to see these days at urgent care (and I don't blame them it's normally madness i bet).

I've been to Alina 3 times now, each time for someone different in my family. Every time it's been a great experience, from the front staff to the doctors. They all seem to genuinely care about the people who come in. And they are fast too!

I wouldnu2019t even give one star! My doctor sent me to urgent care because of major side effects of a med that was prescribed to me while in Fairview Southdale Hospital. Urgent care doctor says quit the med. I say and then what happens if my heart rate goes way up again? He says go to your doctor. So pass the buck from both of them. Sad. Waste of my time AND my money. Do NOT USE ALINA URGENT CARE! The women acted like they cared. The male doctor didnu2019t give a ratu2019s ass.

They were able to get me in, X-Ray me, provide proper care for my injury (luckily no brake or fracture, just a few sprains) and gave me a really high quality brace to wear. The staff were extremely courteous and kept the process continuing from start to finish. I was in and out in about two hours. Definitely recommend their on my way early check in process.

I tripped and fell during my visit to MN from out of state. Both of my arms were locked up and my elbows were in pain. I was seen quickly, had X-rays done, and received answers about my condition quickly. I was treated with care and compassion from start to finish. Thank you!
