The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. I didnu2019t have an appointment and completed the check in and new patient paperwork on my phone in minutes. That was my only wait really. They took my vitals, assessed my situation and had me out the door with prescriptions sent all within an hour. Great experience. No bill up front so I canu2019t comment on cost and billing yet. Great urgent care experience in comparison to others so far.

I was having chest pains and I saw the urgent care across Rosa tacos in Dallas and I went inside. I was greeted immediately by the secretary, she was friendly and took care of me. I was able to do all the paperwork for treatment on my phone and as soon as I was done, they took me to the room. I got checked, treated, and discharge in less than an hour. But what I love about this urgent care was the doctor and everyone that worked there were friendly, and they took my complaints seriously, and they were very efficient. Itu2019s probably one of the best urgent care Iu2019ve been to. I found out it was just an allergic reaction to shellfish and they treated me in the spot. I will give this place a 10 and if I need care again I will definitely go there.

I threw my back out and was in excruciating pain, so my husband took me to AFC In Coppell and it was a seamless experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and their online portal to book an appt and get all of the annoying u201cpaperworku201d took the short 7 min car ride. We were seen by the doctor very quickly and my nurse was kind and helpful. After an examination and a urinalysis to rule out kidney stones, I was given injections for pain and for inflammation. I felt relief within the hour. From the appt site to discharge, we were treated very well. We will definitely come back for any medical needs. Highly recommend!

I love the opportunity to schedule an appointment and put all of your information, so you donu2019t have to show it when you arrive. I saw Dr. Ele (I hope I spelled it correctly) and she was wonderful. She spent a lot of time listening and examining me. I felt that she cared about my pain and wanted to fix it. She helped me get the medications I needed. The staff was lovely and attentive. I needed an x-ray that they couldnu2019t do there and they provided me with locations that provide the service. If youu2019re looking for a good urgent care, I would recommend them!
