The physicians themselves are amazing, however the front desk personnel are honestly horrible. I am never able to get my medication because it is always a back in forth between them and my pharmacy. I can never schedule an appointment because they never answer the phones and when they do they hang up on you immediately. The only reason I have not looked for another office is because my physician is worth it but as soon as he leaves I am also leaving. It's honestly so disrespectful to the patients of this facility how little the employees care. If you can find another office please do. Its not worth it at all .....

Ok so I had to make a appointment for some paperwork to be signed and has to be returned in to my home care provider ASAP..so I was told to leave my paperwork there and then I was called and told that I can't be seen until February of 2025 ..so I stop doing business here and got a new primary care physician..bye einstein.you won't be missed..

This place hast to get their profession up, i need the follow up on something major , cant get intouch with these guys in weeks, they checks the portal but never responds, they also keep putting the wrong quantity of meds in, which makes me have to pay extra money, ridicolous im on the phone now still nobody picking up, do anyone on here have the top person information? i need a hire up, to explain more.

The receptionists arenu2019t the warmest women. I canu2019t even get through the phone to the front desk. I was on hold for over an hour and then the phone hung up. You literally canu2019t get through. I called different days and different times. This is wild. How can people book appointments or find out info.
