Worst ER experience with my 90 year old mother. She was transported by paramedics and had fallen and has dementia. We would not allowed to go back to be with her for over an hour. It took almost 7 hours to get a room. Then at 1 am she gets a room In 2 East and I donu2019t feelnShe should have had a male nurse and a male CNA. They treated her so terrible like she wasnu2019t even a human being. I am so disappointed in the treatment by the nurse. She was crying and they could have cared lessnnMy mother has Medicare and excellent second PPO coverage. Itu2019s so unfortunate that those with Kaiser HMO and medical are treated so much betternnI feel the ER situation wad the worst. She is 90 and with dementia and scared. This policy really needs to be revised

I am still here after surgery Thursday 3 April 2025. I find it difficult to believe how professional, friendly and caring EVERYONE is. What a staff from top to bottom. Great food and I am picky with food. If I was not in pain I would book this place every other month. Honestly terrific in every respect. Thank you all.

Have a cousin in their hospital ER four hours ago I call at every time I call the ER just hangs up on me rude insensitive, cruel I donu2019t know what my cousinu2019s going through right now and I talked to the operator and she gave me out here hereu2019s an ear. Iu2019ll transfer you and theyu2019ll get you through. Guess what it rang 30 or 40 times and nobody answered now the operator wonu2019t even answer my call. What kind of a shindig Hosp. is this I mean my God I got a privacy code youu2019re supposed to have that Iu2019m doing the best I can. They wonu2019t give me any answer. They wonu2019t even answer the phone. Theyu2019re too busy well guess what? Iu2019m worried about. My cousin that lives in Sacramento. Sheu2019s down here on a visit. Iu2019m very worried about her sheu2019s alone there and I wanna know whatu2019s going on. This is a terrible hospital for communication trying to get a hold of administration, but of course theyu2019re out for the day no other Managementu2018s there to talk to me to help me lousy Hosp. theyu2019re lousy. Donu2019t take your people there unless you wanna wait and enjoy it because itu2019s not fun to find out about your cousin. Thatu2019s there. They have all everything like sheu2019s in prison and sheu2019s not sheu2019s in a friggin ER. They wonu2019t tell me about her not write. Your family is asking about her and Sacramento. This is wrong thank you for reading.

No blame on The CEO Mr. Massiellowhom I know and respect very much abd his Partner. but I have gone to The ER for the last time. Next time I go, hopefully I will have broken something in order to not come home in pain ,like I was via transport by Ambulance. Thank you for The Lyft ride home. Ugh. :(( Sincerely Darcy LaVoie.

Family member recently was referred by Urgent care for IV therapy for cellulitis on lower leg. Overall care was very good but was there from 2:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Main complaint was parking was horrendous. She had a very painful leg and unfortunately had driven herself to Urgent care then to E R and had to park a distance from ER. There are few handicapped spots . I came out at 9:00 to get her car and drive her home when ready and I discovered the same. No close parking and not enough Handicapped parking.nHope future planning includes building adequate parking adjacent to ER or at least in the meantime have Valet parking. Also consider having basic IV therapy (non chemo) available in Urgent Care facilities. Thanks for increasing staff and treatment rooms. This is a great improvement.
