The female dr in the ER didnu2019t do anything to my son and the nurse had the worst attitude. The girls in the entrance are super nice but the people I had to deal with tonight are not good at all. I thought it would be a great hospital since it looks big from the outside but it wasnu2019t. I donu2019t recommend. They send you to go see another Dr anyways .

ER visit was terrible! My son has a Kidney Transplant and the ER must reach to Nephrology since they do not specialize in Nephrology. They denied to do so until 4 hours later. It caused my son's dehydration to become severe. Dr Stern does a poor job handling this type of situation. They have attempted to transfer us to San Antonio in the past. Over dehydration. El Paso Children's really needs to focus more on what they do with chronically ill children like my son! Thankfully Dr Lozano handled it after we were sent to the PICU. He gets 5 stars u2b50u2b50u2b50u2b50u2b50 He is the best Nephrologist we've ever had!!!

I wish I can give 10 stars. Everyone from housekeeping to the Doctors are very attentive to my sonu2019s needs as well as ours. Nurses would pass me in the hall and always ask if I was ok and if I needed anything. Dr. G is Excellent. Iu2019m so very grateful for everyone here at this facility. My son is in excellent hands. I wish I could give this place more stars. Unfortunately, I cannot. Our experience was more than awful. We were treated very poorly. Everyone was very rude. Everyone acted like we were nonexistent. I wonu2019t lie. I did have a nurse who was very kind when she was putting the IV on my daughter. I got here to the hospital around 2:30 and I have been sitting here in the hallway because they are no rooms and it is now 8 PM. The doctors are not the kindest eitheru2026 Literally the worst hospital Iu2019ve been in El Paso and I have lived here my whole life. I brought my two-year-old in and it has been the worst Experienceu2026 Please, if there is any Mom u2018s and Dadu2019s out there, do not bring your child here. Also it was disgustingly dirty. Iu2019m so disappointed. Disgusted

Excellent service, nurses are bilingual and kind.nnThe only thing that we wanted to leave this hospital was because emergency room took like 7 hours to have our room approval and I donu2019t know if it was because Sunday night or itu2019s always like that.nAlso many residents coming to ask the same thing over and over.nnSurgery for my daughter went well the surgeon and team were profesional and explained everything they make sure I understood the process.nnAnesthesiologist made me calm about this surgery and explain me.nnSocial worker was kind.
