The PA and medical assistant were great with my daughter. We went in because my 7 year old daughter had a dog bite on her upper lip and needed stitches. My daughter freaks out with needles and is one of those kids that needs to know all the details of what exactly is going on. They were so patient with her and tried to make her feel more at ease. They never seemed irritated with her, which I really appreciated. The girl at the front desk was nice and seems like she is still learning her job, so can't fault her for being new.

Avoid this place!!!!! Dirty and unprofessional! Itu2019s no wonder they had no patients and Med Post down the street had a 2 hour wait! I only went here cause we were pressed for time! There are no gloves or even sanitary (hospital) wipes in the room like every other dr office. Thereu2019s a sign that says u201cdonu2019t put feet on bedu201d, and they donu2019t even have the paper on the bed that they change out between patients. My daughter was seen for a sore throat and fever for 3 days. They didnu2019t even check her fever, or check her for flu or strep!! Sheu2019s still sick tooud83dude21They donu2019t even give u201cdischarge papersu201d with a diagnosis or anything. How is this place even open?!! I would give them Zero stars, if I was able to!

Walked in filled out paperwork and then they say i haven't met deductible when i know I have. Didn't have the $160 she was asking up front, so wasn't seen. Went out called my insurance, went in and tried to have agent talk to same person that helped and all of a sudden she was too busy to talk to my insurance rep that was on phone willing to talk to her. I just darted out frustrated.DEFINITELY DON'T recommend this place. Never had I experienced this embarrassing moment.Won't be back.

1st time here and NEVER AGAIN. I am in the medical field and the way they treat patients is very unprofessional. From the the girl infront . She was rude And lazy. She was unwilling to check insurance after hours or maybe it's a scam to take people's cash. I asked to speak with the with the owner who happens to be the PA . He came out unaware of the story she gave me, he sat there and lied about what was done to check insurance(in which I was able to pull up my benefits on my phone.) Seems like they like their waiting area empty as it was. I was the only patient there , maybe this explains why it's empty. I asked him how he could just turn sick people away.He said he does and that if its an emergency they need to go to the ER. I Told him the secretary was rude , when I asked for her name she said you don't need my name and come tommorrow if you don't want to pay cash. He Obviously he has no concern for treating patients Who are ill. I being in this field, we would never turn anyone away. I would not dare go to this place Again nor recommend it. He told me he turned people away earlier and acted as if it was no big concern to him. I have called the media , what concerns me is they are selling a service that is called urgent care a person needs to be triage in order to see what the extent of the emergency is. He maybe able to catch something serious and send them to the ER, if need be. It's called an urgent care to provide urgent care, and it stays open after hours so he can treat people after clinics close What's the point in staying open if you cant see them or say you can't check insurance. Who knows , could this be a scam or part of the Obama care taking place. I easily went to summit and my card was excepted and I was seen. Thank you Summit on Zaragosa, you all were great service was great The Dr is the friendliest man I've Met. Advice for El Paso Urgent Care. You main goal should be to help provide urgent care. And hire yourself a front desk MA that is willing to go the extra mile, so you don't lose out on providing a service to people that need it. Has this happened to anyone else?

This place had my son and I waiting for over 2 hours for a simple sports physical and it wasnt even crowded when we came in!! I have no idea what the staff is doing but what should have taken 30 mins tops has now been 2 hours and counting. I will NEVER go here ever again! We came in for a sports physical and are about to have an unconscious 13 yr old because of starvation!!! There is no reason we should have had to sit here for this long for something that takes the doctor about 10 minutes to take care of! Never ever come here!! I only came because it was cheaper than the other place I called but forget price next time I will pay the extra to not have to go through this bullsh*t!! The place was also outdated and dingy looking! Not a place I would reccomend even to someone I dont like!!
