Had a wonderful experience! The facility was clean, the decor was modern, the staff was very friendly. I was in and out in less than an hour, which will probably change as they get busier. I also love they they offer vitamin IV drips for those who want to keep their wellness in check.

This was our first visit here. We were in and out very quickly. Our CRNP was great and interacted very well with my 7 year old. Even after getting the u201cside eyeu201d from my son after being told he couldnu2019t swim for 2 days (ear infection), between them two, they reached a compromise and my son left happy.

Just a shout out.!!! Elite care and staff. Moved here a year ago from Florida. Have different health insurance. Was under Care with a urologist kidney specialist in Florida. Which had concerns with my bladder and kidney health.. trying to be diligent and take care of myself due to getting older and have people that depend on me. Been having issues. That elite Care has been taken care of on and off in this past 6 months. I'm having a very hard time finding a kidney specialist or may I say urologist?... That takes my insurance to follow through with my health.. elite Care physician assistant. And staff have been so understanding. And is doing and has done above and beyond to help me get or find the best care I need. Thank you, again.. for listening and doing everything possible..

Better than a 5 star experience today at Elite Urgent Care! Mollie, Nurse Practitioner was super knowledgeable and made me feel right at home. The front desk staff and MA in the back were overly nice and made me feel better on a day when I felt my worst. We are so blessed to have this top of the line urgent care in Southside!
