I had a very painful tooth infection, and if youu2019ve ever had a bad toothache, you know how hard it is to think straightu2014especially while trying to work. Thankfully, Dr. Kashani was incredibly responsive and accommodating. He was able to schedule a telemedicine visit with me right after work, quickly diagnosed the issue, and prescribed antibiotics that were sent to my local pharmacy and ready for pickup within 20 minutes. Just two days later, I already feel so much better. I truly appreciate his prompt care and professionalism. Highly recommend!

When my insurance changed, I chose Dr. Kashani. He is a GREAT doctor!!! I like that he takes his patients' pain seriously, unlike other doctors who just say it's nothing. He always wants to double-check, so he will recommend doing a blood test or writing a referral for a specialist.nnI am glad he does that because, thanks to that, I was able to get treatment sooner rather than later. His staff are always nice, sometimes they get busy but overall they are very helpful.nnThe wait time is not long, never more than 30 mins with appointment. The office is always clean and they are pretty organized.

Dr. Houman Kashani is one of the BEST doctors I basically had randomly looked up online one day when I needed one, but have come back time to and time again for years for everything! He truly listens to your medical needs and always gives the best solutions and referrals! Dude is seriously amazing, I really can't stress that enough. Even after moving far away from the area, he's still the doctor I go to for injuries, sickness, yearly physicals and checkups, and even for mental health referrals! Great doctor, super nice, knowledgeable, and always punctual and straight to the point! I highly recommend him!

Based on his reviews, I was expecting exceptional medical care from Dr. Kashani, but that simply has not been my experience. While I don't think the quality of care is bad, it's certainly not 5 stars. My appointments often ran late and/or felt rushed. I never felt listened to, and he would be quick to give a prognosis despite very little time spent with the patient. Blood work, scans, x-rays, etc. can't be done in the clinic, so he has to send you to other clinics which can often take weeks to get appointments at.nnThat all being said, he does have great connections within the medical industry and can get you connected to great speciality providers in a timely fashion. Particularly, his GI doctor recommendation is stellar.nnI appreciate that there is a decent doctor to provide healthcare to the South Central/USC community, but he just wasn't a good match for me.
