We went to Dr Gould for 10 years and really loved him. We never had a single issue in 10 years, other than maybe a long wait, but thatu2019s understandable. I wanted to give Dr. Duval a chance however he never listened to any concerns with my daughter and he HATED being wrong. He was very close minded. I asked for reflux meds due to my other two needing them, and he wouldnu2019t. He said she would outgrow it. He didnu2019t believe she had a lip or tongue tie, but the ENT was shocked because it was very apparent she did. She ended up getting reflux meds and a lip and tongue tie revision and it helped so much. He doesnu2019t listen, and heu2019s smug when heu2019s wrong. Lastly, we keep getting sent new bills from old balances even though I paid for the bill each and every time the day of. I paid last month for a u201cpast dueu201d bill even though I didnu2019t believe we had one. Now we owe $60 from Dr Gouldu2019s old system? We will miss everyone else, but had to make the switch to another pediatrician.

Dr. Duval is truly amazing. He has always been, and continues to be, my daughteru2019s greatest advocate. As well as my sons. Throughout my daughters life, she has faced numerous medical challenges, and Dr. Duval has been there every step of the way. He consistently goes above and beyond, even taking the time to check in on her after hours when sheu2019s been unwell.nnIu2019ve only ever heard wonderful things about him, and I know other moms have had similar experiences. His empathy, passion for children, and dedication to his work set him apart. What truly stands out is how attentively he listens to parents, ensuring that we feel heard and involved in our childrenu2019s care.nnDr. Duval is an exceptional doctor, and we are so grateful for everything heu2019s done for our family.

We ended up changing doctors offices because Dr. Duval didn't seem to listen, or care. He wouldn't actively listen to my kid. He also picked up the phone and walked out while putting his hand up. u270bufe0f After a few times of feeling like this, we decided to leave for good.

All the children in our family has been a patient of Dr Goulds since birth. He is very pleasant and we have only postive feedback for him. Unfortunately, Katie Waurdenburg was the provider who our 7 yr old seen for his ongoing symptoms and has commandeered the medical care for him and will be the driving force in us leaving the practice. We requested referrals to 2 specialists for the care of our son and who can manage his care. A combination of clinical symptoms with flagged test results make these referrals appropriate and standard protocol. We had much pushback from her to send it and was not surprised at all that after her conversations with these specialists they were both denied..I have never heard of denied referral by a specialists office, what office doesn't want to charge the hefty initial new patient fee??? She couldn't even hide her disdain and lack of concern for , not only us, but, more importantly her patients health and well being. Her correspondence was patronizing and arrogant. In the past I trusted physicians with the care of my loved ones and learned a lesson I'll never forget, advocate for your children and never stop until you are satisfied because life is too fragile to trust someone who has such disregard. I got the distinct impression the conflict comes from arrogance at the possible expense of this child's long term prognosis.
