Overall, the experience was good. Doctor was very kind and listened to us.nThe nurse who took vitals of my kid was so so sweet and made sure my kid was comfortable. Her name was Cece, very very nice person.nThe only bad experience was with the one female at the counter. My kid is 3 years old. When we entered he thought she was doctor and said u2018hi doctoru2019 she right away said u2018I am not a doctoru2019 and her tone was so rude to him. English is our second language and we speak very decently but she acted very rudely and didnu2019t try to understand what I asked over the phone when we wanted to book an appointment online.nShe probably needs to be gentle and remember that people come there to get treated and being nice and kind to them is the least she can do.

Anytime I have a sick child. I know that that if if I come to elite, my boys will be taken care of to the fullest extent unfortunately, my youngest Oliver seems to get sick quite a bit more and has been remembered by the staff and welcome him with so much love, especially His buddy Soulha . Best Urgent Care in Modesto! Definitely go here. Weu2019ve been to a lot of others and this one is top notch! Clean, upscale interior and Dr Basi is a great doctor with good vibes. The nurse practitioner is such a kind lady. They helped us with exactly what we needed and the cost was reasonable. Thank you everyone at Elite!

This is one of the better Urgent care facilities. Staff is friendly and courteous. The resident doctor, Basi, or nurse Practitioner are very thorough and take time with you.nExplaining course of action needed. A good feature they offer is, online appointments. The only complaint I have is, they are always late opening up. Open at 9am. Stff is still trickling in at 9: 05, 9:10 9:15. On one particular visit the Doctor, Basi, was 15 min late.
