I had seen Dr Ross just as urgent care a couple times and ended up just changing him to my primary physician as Iu2019ve always had a great experience with this clinic between Dr Ross himself and all the nurses, receptionist etc. Iu2019m always able to been seen either same day or within a couple days. No complaints with the care Iu2019ve received.

Arrived at my appointment right on time, should have arrived 10 minutes prior or so because naturally there is about 10 minutes of paper work to fill out depending on how fast you write (new patient). I was seen about 5 minutes after turning in my paperwork, 3 other people were also in the waiting room. I was taken care of right away and the staff was very polite. Total time = 1 hour. The waiting room was very clean and so were the rooms. I have been to other urgent care facilities and chose this one based on its rating. I do recommend this place since it was fast, the staff were very nice and concerned as can be with my issues. I took a picture while waiting in the waiting room, does not do much though. :-)

I recently visited this family urgent care and was thoroughly impressed. The staff was not only quick to address our needs but also maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the visit. Dr. Stephen Delellis took care of me within minutes after being called into the room. I Have been feeling bad for almost a month and a half. I went to AHEC of Fayetteville for treatment, they took my vitals, listened to my chest and said everything sounded fine. They sent me home with a diagnosis of acute cough and prescribed a cough suppressant to take. After another week of not getting better I went to Elite Care and Dr. Delellis did not like how my lungs sounded, took an x-ray and said I had pneumonia. He Prescribe me the necessary medication. It has only been a few Hours since Iu2019ve taken the medication he prescribed and Iu2019m already feeling better. I am so grateful
