OMG!! The staff greeted me with smiles and was on it was in an out in minutes. The Dr was on point even insisted I take an xray to make sure my pneumonia didn't come back..Over all great experience will come here again because of the smiling faces and great service. THANK YOU URGENT CARE!!....continued....Went back on Friday and again smiles and great service every staff member greeted and assisted me with that same great attitude and service and I only needed test results and paperwork!! The doctor was awesome. Attentive and gave me suitable coverage.nnThe lead nurse wasn't rude but wasnt great. She brought up the x-ray multiple times even though I didn't need one or take one. She debated with me about what was wrong and she's not the dr so she needs to learn her job is to relay info.nnshe also calls your name through the closed reception window, then she stood behind the door and told me to open it myself. doesn't even bother to open the door for you. That's the first time I've ever had a nurse behave like that in a doctors office it was odd and not sanitary. honestly not very considerate of people hard of hearing. It seemed lazy.

The staff here is incredible! I should've asked for the names of the two nurses/medical assistants working with the nurse practitioner, Carissa, because they were all absolutely lovely. I came in with a knee injury and they were efficient, knowledgeable, and so compassionate. If you are in need of medical attention, I would definitely recommend paying them a visit!

The nurses at the front were very kind. They got me in quickly and the doctor assessed my back pain and had solutions for me. Made me feel like I didn't have to be in pain forever. The check in and put process was quick and easy.
