Hi there! I am not one to right anything negative in a review because I feel people have bad days and some places should be given second chances because you never know what is going on behind closed doorsHowever, itu2019s happened multiple times and I feel it should be addressed. This has nothing to do with the doctors and nurses because they are amazing! Always caring, compassionate and make me feel at ease when bringing my daughter in and I always feel safe. However some of the front desk team members need to know how they come off occasionally. I am actually always uncomfortable and nervous to call because every time I do I feel like an inconvenience to the receptionists and like I am a waste of time. Like today I was just calling to see if there was a later appointment for my daughters appointment that is scheduled and the receptionist gave me a time and i asked if there was anything later. Her response was u201cumm, haha nou201d and i was like u201cthatu2019s okay I will keep the original appointmentu201d. Before I could finish, thank you and have a nice day, she just said u201cfine, byeu201d and hung up.I have worked jobs like these and I understand we have bad days and some people are horrible. But you are the first faces they see or talk to you and your attitude contributes entirely to what kind of attitude the customer will have and how their entire experience at your establishment will be. Just a nice smile and an enjoyable tone goes a long way.

New to the neighborhood here, I decided to try Elliot pediatrics for my daughteru2019s doctor visits, weu2019ve been seeing Dr. Meghan Carey who is very empathetic and I can tell she loves what she does and care.On the other hand, Iu2019m giving this place a 3 star. Managers of this place need to reevaluate some of your front desk receptionists and find those who actually care or like what they do. Sure, people have bad days but the woman who sits in the front left side of the office seems to be having a bad day during most of my interactions with her. I too work in health care, Please consider this if we are giving you our $$ and here for Quality Care. Thank you.

I had been at this primary care for a long time. I had an awful experience with a nurse, Kathy- who had no idea about my current situation with hep c and the fact I was cleared of it with proper medication. I had unprotected sex with a long time boyfriend- and my IUD had come out. I called to talk to a nurse to see if I could have plan B sent to my pharmacy- and she freaked out at me on the phone and accused me of giving my own boyfriend a disease I never had at the time. (Mind you hep c is blood on blood contact). She told me she would not send plan B to the pharmacy, in spite. Kathy told me to go to planned parenthood. ( I donu2019t have my own car, and I was nowhere near a planned parenthood at the time to have them fix it in time of me avoiding a second pregnancy. So, just because this nurse felt as though she could talk to me in such a way and give me a pregnancy scare because of her whacked out beliefs, is awful. She knew my family and my situation of being a single mother. I will never recommend this office to anybody.

Update: the nurse apologized and the issue is being resolved and won't happen in the future. I have had previously had wonderful experiences, so I am updating my review to 5 stars.Currently waiting 45 minutes for a flu shot for my child. Two people came in after us and were taken in before. Finding a new doctor!

I recommend this place to everybody, I have been a patient of Dr. Yehling since 2013 and I wouldn't trade her or her nurse Jenna for anything in the world.. I don't have one complaint about this place the office people are geat, the phlemophelist are great. All the nurses are great.. I see a yall complaining about one of the nurses Kathy, heck guys did you ever stop to think that's just her personality.. shes not all that bad. Dont let one bad egg ruin the whole dozen.. This place is a 10 plus in my heart..
