There is just something special about this place. I have seen other neuro rehab PTs at other specialty offices, but these folks are all on the same page. Office staff, PT/OT therapists, and aides are all great, I am always comfortable, feel included in my care, and learn something helpful or functional.nnI primarily see a physical therapist, Chuck, who is outstanding. The knowledge, comfort, and ease of interactions are unparalleled in the ten or so years I've interacted with PTs. Beyond Chuck, even therapists I don't work with have a positive, encouraging attitude without condescension when we pass each other in the gym. The atmosphere is light, you'll work hard but feel good about it.nnI feel grateful to have found this option. It is 10/10 worth the waitlist. I waited about 3 months for an evaluation, but I would wait longer for the quality care.

My experience here has been absolutely amazing. After being involved in a severe car accident I was seen here for speech therapy and neuro PT. Each and every staff member that I have worked with has been absolutely amazing and really listened to my concerns. The admin team was amazing and always will to help with questions and concerns. After being apart of this place for a year I can confidently recommend them!

Honestly, Iu2019m not sure how these people are still in business. Pediatric PT is very hard to get after COVID. When I finally booked the only 3 sessions available (in the middle of my work day) my sons appointments (10 months old) were cancelled because I didnu2019t answer the call when they called to confirm them. The same day I made the appointments I had to confirm them? I am livid. Therapist Katie was very sweet with my son at his consultation. Overall staff lacks empathy, ironically, for the Type of work they do.

Chuck from Elliot Rehab is amazing! He goes above and beyond to help his patients. Even when he challenges you to do the stairs which are scary for me since Iu2019m a fall risk and just fell downstairs at my house last week, he doesnu2019t let you leave without feeling comfortable and confident with the tools he taught you during your session. Iu2019ve had several different Physical Therapistu2019s throughout the years and he is the only that has said that he is willing to try every thing possible before he throws in the towel and sends me on my way.

I have been lucky with PT and OT. I love Sarah my OT therapist. She's really kind and so helpful.nAlso I have a new physical therapist , as my other one left. :( sad because he was amazing. Anyhow, mary my new therapist is super nice also. I have to say, I was not happy it took over a month to get me in for Pt. I was in a serious car accident where I was hit by a drunk driver on the highway and my car was totaled. I needed to start ASAP and was told I was on the call list of ppl canceled , then to find out I wasn't ever put on the list etc. but... I'm there now and love it. Wish they had more up to date treatments etc though
