This is my third visit for chest pain, Because it could be septic and once again, I left feeling unheard and dismissed. So when I do end up passing away, I hope my family sues the helly out of this place for their neglect Then I hope my family files a medical malpractice case.nI came in after swallowing a tooth infection, with severe swelling in my hands and feet, and shortness of breathu2014but they refused to draw my blood again, using the same thing that they first got it with I used to be a IV user so getting my blood, is a really hard thing to do in general, but they was claiming they couldnu2019t do it. With that, I canu2019t get proper treatment.nnItu2019s clear my concerns werenu2019t taken seriously. This place does not value peopleu2019s lives or pain.nMy Momu2019s lost her brother here and sister and I lost my best friend here they donu2019t care about people in general literally never felt like a bigger inconvenience because every time I come in here, they end up blowing my veins out because they donu2019t know what kind of medication they gave me theyu2019re doing the only good thing I can say about this place is the guy that used the IV Ultrasound technician that they denied me to use for the second round to see if I am sick or not so basically this is another visit that just wasted everything. Itu2019s very unprofessional here. I do not recommend it. Iu2019m so mad and dissatisfied that I even bothered come in here in here

Went to their ER twice, they blew off my symptoms telling me to go home and take Tylenol and antibiotics. After being unable to pee for 36 hours, I went to Cleveland Clinic with sugars at 350 and a raging UTI and urinary blockage. Yes, UH Elyria knew I was diabetic and neither time tested my blood sugar. I've now been hospitalized for three days at Cleveland Clinic and am now getting better.

My husband had to have a heart procedure today everyone at the hospital was wonderful! Especially Denise she was so compassionate professional and kind she went above and beyond!!!!the Amy answered all our questions and was so thorough and Dr farhat was very professional and informative! All the girls in the cardiovascular unit were kind and so professional!!! A very good experience !

My seven-year-old daughter needed an MRI for A vascular issue with her foot. I asked the referring doctor if we could go to any hospital or if it had to be at Baby Rainbow. She said we could schedule with any facility that the app will allow me select from. I scheduled at Elyria because it was close to my house. I called Elyria hospital and spoke with someone in the radiology department to ask some questions about the MRI and explained my child was 7. She said as long as she doesnu2019t need sedated we could be seen in Elyria.nnFour weeks lateru2026the day of our appointment i received a call two hours before our appointment stating that they were canceling. When i questioned why, i was informed they were not comfortable doing the procedure due to her age. Why call the day off when it had been scheduled for 4 weeks? Why didnu2019t the radiology department tell me that when i called to ask questions? Seems very unprofessional and unorganized.

I had an individual in ER at Elyria hospital on 3/1/25. After being there 6.5 hours, a doctor never came in to speak to or share any information. A social worker did a zoom call ? to share that they were discharging. Discharge paperwork was not given to us.nThe nurse he had was pleasant and helpful.nI use to think highly of UH.ud83dude12
