Dr. Onyeneke is a wonderful doctor, who genuinely cares about you and looks out for your well-being. To anyone that gave a poor review for their inability to understand his accent- you are a bigot and I wouldn't blame the doctor or staff for not accommodating you.while *some* of the staff have an uncouth demeanor, others are very congenial and considerate to your needs. Raven is by far the best employee and every visit I've had with her has top notch!Also, Dr. Onyeneke is extremely busy, and while he may take on a lot, video chatting with him should not be a mark against him. In current times, virtual sessions are commonplace.if you ever are sick and need medication, you are 99% of the time given something for it. Normally, you'd have to go see your PCP, so be thankful for the services they provide.

The doctor here is the kindest, loving doctor I've ever seen. I read the comments and see some bad ones and it's doesn't seem like they are talking about the same Doc O and the staff. The people here have become like family and I love them greatly for what they have done for me and my family. I've been coming here for 10 years and have never had an issue. This doctor is thorough and will not just hand out scripts he actually cares about the person in his care. Thank you doc and staff for all you do. 10 STARS ALL THE WAY...

The doctor and the staff is wonderful. They are kind, professional and caring. I've never met a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients... thats hard to find these days. He wants to help any way he can. It's always a pleasure to see the doc and the girls in the office. Thanks for caring good care of me!! u263a

AVOID AT ALL COST! Was sent here back in May of 2019 to get an X-Ray of my ankle. Filled out paperwork, paid my copay then meet with the doctor. All went smoothly. Was told after paying my copay the rest would be covered by my insurance. A month later I received a bill for $234. Called and they said they hadn't sent the correct information to my insurance and it was their fault. Said they would take care of it and I could disregard it. Fast forward over a year to October of 2020. I get a bill from collections stating I owe $309 now! WHAT! Called collections they weren't very helpful and said I need to call the Avon MediClinic. Called spoke to a Raven who figured out that the issue had never been cleared up. Said It was their fault and she was going to tell her manager to call collections and sort it out. Continue to get collections calls so I called back to the MediClinic December 2020. I speak to Raven again and advises me I need to talk to Sharon the manager. Said to call back on Monday January 4th. I call and call, NO ANSWER!!! This is absolutely absurd!! This place is an absolute JOKE! Save yourself the headache and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
