Tia Waikem and staff are the best. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Their availability is great - I can always find an appointment on short notice which puts my mind at ease. I never have to wait long at my appointments and everything runs smoothly. Tia makes me feel heard and I never feel rushed. She always follows up on prior issues/visits and listens patiently to all my concerns. Her medical knowledge is vast and she always makes sure all my questions are answered. She also takes the time to clearly explain the potential cause of your issue and what treatment she recommends and why. I love this office and staff - highly recommend if you are looking for a PCP!

Love this place! My attendant for lab work was super attentive, She listened to me when I said I was a hard poke. She took extra care in warming up my forearm & it was successful on the first try! Front desk staff are always pleasant.

I love this clinic. Itu2019s easy to get an appointment, iu2019ve never waited long to go back once i get there. My provider (Dr. Patel) is awesome, and I can honestly say she does her best to accommodate my schedule by doing virtual and in person visits. No complaints. I would definitely recommend!
