I visited this urgent care and was informed at check-in that my insurance was accepted and I would only need to pay the co-pay. However, in the middle of my examination, a staff member interrupted to tell me that my insurance was actually not accepted. I was then given the choice to either pay out of pocket or leaveu2014while the doctor was still in the room. This was extremely frustrating, especially after waiting nearly 30 minutes to be seen and confirming my insurance was accepted at the front desk.

I wish I could give more stars! Came here with a stomach bug and was treated so kindly and well by the entire staff. PA-C Yana has such a pleasant bedside manner and was so caring. Robert did my IV, and checked in on me several times, even offered a pillow and cover and some water to make me most comfortable. Laurie was very friendly and upbeat, she was so pleasant at check in and checkout. I am so happy to know that an urgent care practice that also does IVs is in the area. Highly recommend to consider them for your ailments and IV needs. They even have a pharmacy on-site which makes things super convenient.

Dr. Livengood was amazing and recommended IV fluids, which I didnu2019t even know I could get at the clinic. Then, Robert was fantastic at putting in my IVu2026I barely even felt it.nGreat medical care and bedside manners by all I met! I will definitely be telling my neighbors and friends to use them. They have so many services above and beyond just helping you when youu2019re sick with a cold.
