I had great care today. I checked in online prior to arrival. Was checked in as I walked through the door. Was triaged and then seated in the waiting room until a roomnWas available. The provider came in and did an assessment and made medication recommendations. My prescriptions were all sent electronically. Great experience!

I had an online check in, and was taken back to a room pretty quickly. However, once I was in the room, I wasnu2019t seen for over an hour. (no check in, or told it would be a long wait) They only had one Doctor in that day, definitely no blame to them, but should not have been waiting that long without being checked in on. I usually do not wait nearly that long, and have used Bettermed for a few years now. Must have been an off day, and I feel bad for the one Doctor that was in.

Most of the staff were great to work with. I felt as if they cared about me. Except the girl at the front, zero eye contact, on a personal call with ear buds the entire time. Acted as though everyone was a bother. Besides that the experience was great and I will highly recommend.
