I had an awesome experience. I avoid Doctors al all costs if I can because of prior experiences other places. The entire staff was polite and kind. Dr Dickinson was to the point but did listen to everything I had to say and addressed all my concerns. The person who drew my blood didnt even leave a mark !!!! I am very happy with my experience and would be comfortable going back.

I took an Uber here because I had a flat tire but I think I might have the flu. Feeling terrible. Get dropped off and what do I see? A notice on the door that they are now closed weekends. Are you freaking kidding me?!? Of course online says they are open. And now Iu2019m stuck waiting for another Uber while I continue to feel like death. Someone should have thought this through better

I've visited this facility several times for urgent health issues and have received prompt and competent care, even for complicated problems. Dr. Draper was fantastic, not just at challenging diagnostics, but also with patient rapport and follow up. The facility has great diagnostic resources for a small, area medical facility.

Stay away from Dr Victoria Draper if you can! I suffer from chronic neuralgia and the flare up happens once in a while. The pain started and it was going up every minute. I visited the clinic in the pain. The front desk and nurse were really good and helpful. Then I had to wait for over 40 mins in the room after Dr Draper didnu2019t even enter and just told me to go to the ER from the door. Anything I wanted to say, she literally slammed that she is not open to arguments. The same clinic treated me so differently last visit with the same conditions and I could recover in 2 days. But not with Dr Draper, she was incredibly rude, didnu2019t have a single conversation, didnu2019t even look or touch me. I requested for a temporary pain medication just to ease the pain but she didnu2019t even care to do that. All she said was go to the ER. I mean why would I visit there, if I had to go to Er. I knew about ER. I guess she just wanted to get the copay and leave the patient reeling in distress and pain. Incredibly rude and very bad experience.

Went in November not feeling well. Ran a few tests to rule stuff out. Prescribed medicine and out. 1 hour tops. Amazing service!
