I am grateful this facility is close to me. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, quick and kind. The wait wasn't long. The Dr's examination of my grandson was thorough, and he explained what was wrong so we both understood. We left with the prescriptions already sent over to our pharmacy. I highly recommend stopping here to get great help.

I came in at 830 one hour before closing and the reception asked if I had an appointment. I told her she said unfortunately we donu2019t take walk in anymore we have reached out capacity. Clearly the lobby is empty and only one person waiting and no cars in the parking lot. So I asked what time they take walking or what time they stop. She said there isnu2019t a time. If they are slow they close early and if they are busy they closer early. She also said donu2019t call the appointment line because they are not accurate. So how does that even makeu2019s sense. No where in their website or in the office it says after a certain time or amount they stop seeing ptu2019s. Thatu2019s the whole point of there name accelerated urgent care. Not clinic. If they want to go home on time they need to not be operating a health care facility better yet an urgent care. Iu2019m pretty sure this is against a law.

My family has been going to Accelerated Urgent Care since it opened years ago, as we live just around the corner. Unfortunately, Iu2019ve noticed a steady decline in the quality of service over the years. While the front office staff is efficient at processing payments, they could benefit from a refresher course in customer service and being more detail-oriented when gathering information.nnDuring my last few visits, I was seen by nurse practitioners who spent less than a minute with me, prescribed antibiotics, and quickly moved on. I canu2019t help but wonder if they are just too busy to provide the same level of care that was common five years ago. Because of this experience, I have decided not to return. There are plenty of other good urgent care options available.

I recently had to go twice in one day for my two kids. Both visits were awesome. The online registration was easy and I did not have to repeat everything when I got to the office. Both visits I was in and out in 30 minutes. I really appreciated that. The staff was very friendly and professional.
