I needed to get a CDL medical certification. I received a referral from the VA community care department as i cam covered through the VA. I called to schedule an appointment. I was told I could just walk in. and making sure Thursday was a good day, I drove 45 minutes to find a closed branch. When I finally do arrive during an open day, The front door is locked. waiting about 10 minutes for them to open the door I call and was told the door is broke. I needed to walk around the building and knock on the door and someone will let me in. The doctor said since I am in the care of the VA he can only give me a 1 year cert. Then they send me a bill. It took for ever for them to answer and when I finally get through, I am told their system is down. I will have to call back. Called back and waited a very long time but someone finally answered. After explaining this should be billed through the VA I was told they will handle it. Well here I am with another bill from them, and on hold for over an hour. Not worth it. Go anywhere else.

My son visited nextcare in February, when they billed my insurance they billed it under their parent company name which is not accepted by my insurance. I keep getting a bill for the remainder. My insurance company has called multiple times they never answer their phone. When I called I finally got someone was told they would have to contact our insurance company I said great I wish you would theyu2019ve been trying to get a hold of you. Apparently they never did bc Iu2019ve gotten another bill from them. We will never visit nextcare urgent care again. Horrible customer service

The clinic staff at NextCare failed to update my address information causing my bill to be sent to collections. When I finally received notice from the collections agency about the amount due, the staff at the collection agency told me they tried to send the bill to my ex-stepfather. My stepfather walked out on my family over a decade ago and I am an adult with my own insurance so I'm not sure why they tried to bill him or how they even have his information. I have called NextCare 5 times trying to rectify the situation and pay my bill but have spent the majority of time sitting on hold with no one responding to my calls. The one time I got through to someone they promised to pull the bill from collections, bill me directly and investigate the situation. It has been weeks and I haven't received a bill. The fact that I they attempted to bill my ex-stepfather due to a failure to update my information is deeply concerning. Even if no medical information was released I do not want him knowing where I live. The lack of follow-up and response to phone calls is equally concerning. I'm not sure how they expect to get paid if they cannot bill me or pick up the phone when I try to call and pay my bill.

I've had two telehealth visits in which I DO NOT have a copay for. They refused to schedule me until I paid. I did so, knowing they would have to refund me. Now I can't get anyone on the line to assist me with getting an Itemized Statement so I can provide it to my Insurance company. They bill thse visits as being seen by a PCP!! They actually DO NOT deserve any u2b50ufe0f

I made an appointment with NextCare because of back pain. Pain in upper back behind the right shoulder blade for 3 days. Tylenol was not working anymore, so I tried, Icy Hot, Voltarin, and a heating pad. The topicals and heating pad caused a rash. The provider I saw was, Audrey Shaeffer.Within the first 2 minutes of the exam, provider suggested predisone, and a Kenalog shot. I was already taking a predisine regiment at the time. She finally decided to look at my back and decided I had Shingles because of the rash from the topical meds. SHE did not hear me!!I asked for some type of muscle help. She replied, we don't give narcotics I am not a 73 year old drug addict.I am 73 years old, my son had to help me in and out of the appointment. After the Kenalog shot, I waited for her to come in and explain my follow up procedure. She did not return. Also I was charged $35.00, my copay according to my plan, is $15.00.I would appreciate a response before I post on Social Media.Too late send my $25.00 and public post
