Iu2019ve been to Night Watch Pediatric and Adult Urgent Care three times now for various family members, and each visit has been a positive experience. The online booking system is a lifesaver, allowing for minimal wait times.nThe staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctors, is incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about their patients. The kidsu2019 play area is a great touch, keeping little ones entertained while they wait.nI highly recommend Night Watch for urgent care needs. They provide quality care in a comfortable and efficient manner.

Went to Night Watch last night. Provider didnu2019t act like she wanted to be there. Came in for 5 minutes, barely checked me, gave me over the counter guidance I could have gotten from a pharmacist, and then left the room without a word. A minute later a medical assistant came in with just a visit summary. The summary had more information than what she even told me. I complained of sinus, throat, and ear pain. Didnu2019t even check my throat or sinuses just said drink hot fluids and wait. Iu2019ve been here before but this was the worst provider I have ever encountered here.

I would give more stars if the doctor didnu2019t essentially rush me out of the office because it was closing and looked into more than just one potential cause for my issue. u00a0I basically paid for nothing. My recommendation to anyone is donu2019t go to an urgent care facility unless you absolutely know whatu2019s wrong with you or you have no other choice. u00a0The nurses were very nice though. u00a0I recommend them but not the doctor.

My first time was amazing. I was feeling so down so sick and the first one who was nice to me since she saw me walking thru the door was the recepcionist, she was super nice to me, she also helped me filling up my paper work because I left glasses at home. I asked her name she was shy to tell me but I told her I was nothing bad, Gabriela was her name super nice lady. I also will give 5 start to the nurses and doctor, this place is awesome. I recommended to everyone.

Cut my finger and it wouldnu2019t stop bleeding so I headed out to the Night Watch Urgent care in Stone Springs. Check-in was easy, smooth, done from my cell phone and it took just a few minutes. u00a0The doctor, nurse and staff were super friendly. u00a0They were able to stop the bleeding pretty quickly considering how deep the wound was. u00a0Excellent bedside manner!
