Don't let the wait times deter you from going to Emergimed. You are seeing credible Doctors and NP here who truly listen and care about you. They are WAY better than somebody you can just book via a regular urgent care.nnI am a rare case where nobody can figure out what's going with me and my multi systemic symptoms. I even went to ER twice whose doctors had no clue and just guessing what to do with me and what to rule out - which Dr. Chouake beat with all the tests he ordered in just 1 visit. You are waiting for hours to be seen by one of the BEST knowledgeable doctor. The wait is long because a lot of patients trust him! He is the only doctor that actually listened to me as well as their NP Marilyn.nnEveryone here are nice, front desk to med assistants, US tech- they see a ton of patients so expect to wait and be patient if you want the best care.

Get new front desk employees! Theyu2019re always so rude and never want to help out when I need to contact my doctors. My doctors said since he knew I was moving, if I had any questions to contact him whenever and now they wonu2019t even listen to me and demand to come in the office after knowing Iu2019m on the other side of the country now.. unprofessional they always make up a story of what I need to do to get copies of my own medical history!! Best doctors but they need better front desk assistants.

Iu2019ve been going to EmergiMed for 6 years already and the front desk attention is getting terrible even when I call to check on a test results instead of asking for my information they tell me you supposed to receive the test results! Excuse me Iu2019m not doctor how am I supposed to know how to do a doctors work? Why am I paying for a professional opinion and to be taken care of!!! Please do your work correctlyu2026nThe doctors I have no complaints they very good!! Iu2019m really happy with them, thatu2019s the only reason why I keep going to the same place, but crew that works on the front desk they need to do better.

Dr. C has been my doctor for about 7 years. And Iu2019m grateful to have him as my pcp because as a walk in facility Iu2019m able to come in any time which is so convenient for me. Thereu2019s a wait time but thatu2019s normal in any place thereu2019s always going to be a wait time but at least Iu2019m able to see a MD and get treated.
