Quinn greeted us the moment we walked in, and was very personable. She was also super knowledgeable about what pharmacies in the area were open on the holiday. It was a tremendous help to us.nThe nurse who took my vitals was kind as well. The Dr immediately greeted and shook my hand both when we met, and when the visit was over. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when I arrived. The nurse was excellent and the doctor listened and quickly assessed what was going on so he was able to order medication to help. The Dr. that saw me was very nice and pleasant. They tried their best to help me with my problem that I was having with water in the ear. They tried very hard by flushing the ear many times but wasn't able to remove all the wax. It was impacted in the ear & didn't want to hurt me so they told me to see a ENT so they can get the rest of the wax buildup.
