Absolutely horrible service. They never pick up the phone and leaving messages is pointless as no one calls back. I've left 5 messages in the past two weeks. My pharmacist has left several messages. The doctors are inaccessible as they don't take phone calls and a call has to be scheduled weeks in advance. Most of the office staff just seem to hang out and not actually work. If you're a patient that actually needs to see your doctor, choose another outside of Empire Medical. Notice most of the 4 and 5 start reviews are from years ago. This place is truly terrible.

This place is completely unprofessional. I will never be seeking care at this facility again. Iu2019ve left numerous messages to make an appointment over the course of 3-4 months to no avail. Iu2019m literally baffled at the lack of professionalism at this facility. I donu2019t recommend anyone to go here or bother to continue calling. Please go see another provider. Lastly, doctor offices give you a call or email to follow-up for annual visits but this facility does not. Itu2019s completely unusual. Iu2019m pretty sure they do not care about these reviews because if they did they would have fixed the issue a long time ago.

I am writing to formally request urgent assistance regarding my need for transportation to medical appointments. I am a patient and I am currently living with various medical conditions. Additionally, I am wheelchair-bound and rely on specialized transportation services to attend my medical appointments. Over the past few months, I have repeatedly attempted to contact your office to have the necessary paperwork completed for my transportation services. Unfortunately, despite numerous calls, I have faced several challenges, including being hung up on, refusal to transfer my calls to a supervisor or doctor, and delays in filling out the required paperwork. These issues have prevented me from seeing a doctor for several months, which has severely impacted my health and well-being. I am hoping that since no one wants to help me with the matter privately then perhaps we can do it publicly. Hope to hear from you soon.

This place used to be ok. Iu2019m not sure what has happened within the last 2 years but the reception area wait time has become ridiculous and one can be waiting up to 2 hours. Good luck trying to call in for an appointment, youu2019re better off driving there to get the date where you will find the receptionists laughing and joking as if the phones are not ringing. My daughter came here for a medical necessity letter (letter of recommendation) but she left with a surgery clearance letter instead. I took her back for the correct letter and we had to wait over an hour to get their error corrected. We are currently looking for a new pcp.

Stood up with no notice! I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Maloney's physician assistant (Elizabeth Keeter) and received a text message on the morning of the appointment, confirming it. When I arrived, new to the practice, I waited 10 minutes in the first floor waiting room. There were other patients waiting but no one was at the desk. When someone did eventually come, they sent me to the upstairs waiting room where they took my ID and insurance card and I started filling in the paperwork. About 10-15 minutes later, they came over to tell me that the physician's assistant wouldn't be in for the day. They mumbled sorry, took back my paperwork and didn't even attempt to reschedule me. What makes the situation even worse was that I had originally scheduled an appointment with another OBGYN at an other practice, but cancelled it because I was able to get in at Empire a month earlier. Learned my lesson! This place seems like a disaster.
