The NP was outstanding and had great bedside manner, explaining what she was doing and if I didnu2019t improve, what next steps to take. I ended up having to go to the ER and they followed up by phone the next day to see how I was doing. That meant the world to me and shows that they actually care.

Fortunately, this location was not very busy at 5:30pm. My problem was diagnosed as a sinus infection. The examination was very thorough, and the process was efficient and I received prescriptions and written instructions. Two days into the medications and symptoms are improving. I would definitely return to APEX

Haven't had a bad experience with Apex! I've been using them for a few years now. The staff is always nice, I have not encountered long wait times. Reminder: Every provider is different. Always be sure to advocate for yourself. Solid choice for Urgent Care!
