I cut my finger pretty bad, went online made my appt for 15mins later. My urgent care is not far from me at all. I saw the doctor, he was great! He had me soak my finger in an antibiotic solution so it would stop bleeding. Then he said I could either get 1 or 2 stitches, or he could glue it or put butterfly stitches on it. He explained the difference between how the glue would probably work better than the butterfly sutures. So I opted for the glue, which Iu2019ve never seen before. He put three layers of glue, let it dry in between. Gave me the instructions on how to care for it, and itu2019s held beautifully. A little throbbing, which is expected. Iu2019ve been to different urgent care and I think this one is the best that Iu2019ve ever been to. Iu2019ve been here several times and always been well taken care of. It was a good experience, seeing that I thought I was bleeding to death lol.

After unfortunately cutting my finger badly, I rushed to NextCare down the street from me. Iu2019ve been there a couple of times for the occasional flu and COVID but never for any emergency. I am SO THANKFUL for the wonderful experience I had here. I was brought in quickly and treated with great kindness from the assistant, Juan, but what made this horrible accident of mine a memory was the professionalism, care, and calming personality of my provider Elizabeth Williams. She eased my fears, stitched my finger and even put on music of my choice to help keep my mind at peace. Truly amazing and so gratefully appreciated. Iu2019ve never had such a pleasant experience at a medical office. Many thanks to the team and staff. A memory I will not soon forget.

Came in for a visit here with a scheduled appointment. Didnu2019t get brought to triage for over an hour, didnu2019t get seen by the PA for another ~30+ minutes where she really didnu2019t do anything but diminish my symptoms for 5 minutes and check my ears and throat, and that I probably needed a x-ray which they canu2019t do by the way. Iu2019d been here multiple times before with my spouse and they were always running behind but at least weu2019re seen and treated promptly past the wait room. The receptionist said their system went down today and had to do paper charting which I understand can be more time consuming, yet I donu2019t believe that excuses the two hours I wasted here with zero treatment or terrible rapport from the PA. We requested a couple tests but overheard a nearby patient asking why their strep test has taken 2 hours and now they were late for work, so realizing we had wasted two hours there to get nowhere we just left. Despite all of these roadblocks the clinic had, they were still taking appointments and screwing over their patients. Not cool and definitely not worth your time.

Had an appointment at 8:20, which I booked the night before. I arrived at 8:00 as requested. I was finally let into the office at 8:10 by the nurse. She said the office person would be there by 8:15 to check us in. She didnu2019t arrive until 8:30. She was clearly late to work. She then proceeded to mess around while myself and another woman waited to get checked in. Both of us had already submitted everything the night before. Rather than get us checked in she started to help new patients. I didnu2019t get back into the room until 9:20. It then took them another 40min to get me out of there. While I liked the Dr., the office person is a disaster. I will never go back!!!

I came down with a cold that turned into a sinus infection. I decided to do a walk-in visit at this clinic yesterday. There was only a couple people in the waiting room when I arrived. The receptionists was friendly and gathered my information. After less than a half hour wait I was taken in the back where a medical assistant took my vitals. She was friendly and thorough. My blood pressure was high for me so she took it again and it was normal. I waited in a room for maybe 15 minutes to be seen. I believe I saw a male medical PA. He checked me all over and asked many questions and said he believed it was a sinus infection. He sent a script to my pharmacy and told me what I could do to relieve some of my symptoms. My visit to this clinic was as pleasant as visiting a Dr's office/medical clinic can be when you don't feel good. I would highly recommend this clinic.
