I stayed there from the 12 thru the 14th of March 2025 in the 1st floor. I was sharing room with another pacient. I usually never stay at hospitals because I am a healthy pearson, rare for my age though. the nurses I got on that floor were AMAZING! I felt really taken care of and felt a lot of sympathy! my neighbor, even though, she was really sick, keep calling for her nurse and they would answer the call very soon. I never heard them saying a negative commect or anything.nFood is actually very good and very flavorful; I was served 3 meals a day with very generous portions. The Dietician would call and take my order, she asked if the Menu she was reading was OK or if I wanted something else. food most times would arrive at the same time. I was not hungry but I pushed myself to eat.nThe only thing I noticed that have a slight concern would be cleaning! my neighbor had pee and poop accidents and I did'nt see housekeeping come in or sanitize bathroom or my neighbor's floor. (we shared bathroom) and am a very Germophobic person) I asked if a certain CNA would sanitize the toilet because I was using it very often due to fluids I was being given and extra water I was drinking. She did sanitized it.nThis floor is very busy and at my days of stay a new graduate was being trained and she was very nice and professional toward my person. in fact, I want to thank them so much for treating me with dignity and respect even though, I was there to be tested and treated for a communicable conditionnI ever heard my neighbor talk to her Nurse about wanting underwear becausenshe did not wanted to wear the briefs that are given there , the Nurse went beyond her nursing duties and went to Walmart to get her some pijamas and woman briefs. I found that action just amazing! I was transfered to 5th floor onnFri. night. to an isolated room and spend the night there: The room was very big with a big bathroom and had a window with a view to the street which made it nice. I was quickly discharged on that Saturday morning: Discharge notes were pretty easy to read due to being computed printed. My nurse walked me out to the pharmacy to pick up my Medications. Paid Cash and left Hospital real quick.

As a health care worker I was shocked by the coldness and lack of empathy of the ER staff. Many if these professionals should not be in patient care. I had a horrible experience. Believe the many terrible reviews me and others have made. Research the allegations of a doctor assaulting a patient. The audio recording of his interaction is HORRIFIC.

My mom fell and was taken to the ER by ambulance. I met here there. She fractured her hip. Our experience in the ER was very positive except for the ER doctor Christina Dorow. Dr. Dorow was very rude and arrogant. She turned her back on me when I was talking to her about my momu2019s fall and completely ignored me. My mom also suffers from short term memory loss, so I was helping to be her voice. After the initial evaluation we waited for 2 hours getting X-rays and tests. I was able to receive all of the results by using Mychart, which was a relief. The doctor never came to explain or go over the results with us. I asked the RN if we could have her come talk to us. He had to ask her twice. When she came to talk to me, she stood in front of me with her arms crossed, like I was annoying her with my questions and concerns. One question was, if and when would my mom would be getting a room. I was told by her that was not a question for her but for a nurse. So basically I had to depend on reading the medical jargon and understanding it. Everyone else in the ER was amazing! This lady Dr needs a lesson in respect and bedside manner. You put your pants on just like everyone else! Bottom line Golden Ruleu2026treat others like you want to be treated.

Recently, Iu2019ve been dealing with severe pain, which has led me to visit urgent care multiple times. The first time I went, urgent care sent me to the ER in an ambulance, even though I didnu2019t feel an ambulance was necessary. When I arrived at the ER, I was told there was nothing wrong with me, despite continuing to experience significant pain.nnThen, this past Friday night, I had to go to the ER again. They took some tests and X-rays, yet when I asked about my X-ray results, a nurse told me he had not looked at them. I was also told that the doctoru2019s job was only to ensure I didnu2019t have a life-threatening emergency essentially, that they were only checking to see if I was in immediate danger of dying. This response was incredibly frustrating. If Iu2019m in severe pain, undergoing tests, and seeking medical attention, it seems unreasonable that no one is actually responsible for reviewing critical results.nnTo make matters worse, when a nurse entered my ER room, he immediately looked at the person accompanying me and asked if I spoke English, despite having just looked up my name. This felt prejudiced and unnecessary, as he seemed to assume I didnu2019t speak English based solely on my name. When I am in pain, I donu2019t understand why his first concern was whether I spoke English, instead of simply addressing me directly and trying to help.nnAfter visiting the ER twice, I went back to urgent care again, hoping to get some answers. However, I ended up waiting for three hours, only for them to suggest doing another EKG putting me in what felt like an endless loop with no resolution. It seemed like I was being repeatedly sent back and forth without anyone actually addressing the root cause of my pain.nnOverall, my experience has been frustrating, exhausting, and deeply disappointing. I have been seeking medical care for a real issue, yet I feel like Iu2019ve been dismissed, repeatedly sent in circles, and not taken seriously. All I want is proper medical attention and answers so I can find relief from my pain.
