Best urgent care facility in Enterprise! They are very thorough and I would recommend asking for the 26 panel swab that they do, if you are sick, at the end of your visit. It takes until the next day to get the results, however, this test (one that the other urgent care places offer) catches everything! Most places only do the quick tests and those donu2019t catch everything. Getting the advanced swab has caught so many things that allowed us to get the proper care and medication. I truly appreciate this from them!

My son was not feeling his best. We were trying to find the quickest option for health care. I went to American Family Care. While I was there waiting to see how long the wait time was I had my husband call Ivy Creek. The lady on the phone told him there were only 2 people waiting and everyone would need to be seen by 1:30. We decided Ivy Creek would be the best option. I went to check in. The lady at the front desk took my cards. The lady told me she didnu2019t know if my son could be seen or not. A workmanu2019s compensation patient just walked in. That person takes the amount of time as two to three patients. She said they must stop seeing patients by 1:30. I told her my husband called to make sure our son could be seen. I asked the lady if she could go ahead and put my son in and we would wait after the workmanu2019s compensation patient. She told me she could NOT put my son in and he could NOT be seen because they can only see 4 patients in 1 hour. This place doesnu2019t close until 4 pm. I was very disappointed and confused about this experience. I now understand why Ivy Creeku2019s reviews on Google are a 2.3. Terrible customer service. They are not in business to help sick people and children.

Stephanie in the lab was amazing!!! I had been previously stuck 6 times at another clinic. She stuck once with no problems and I was in and out in Les than 10 mins!!! Thanks

I was referred here by the nurses hotline for assistance with back pain. Paid $20 to uber here since my pain is so bad I couldnu2019t drive. Arrived at 2pm on a Saturday to them being closed. No sign or anything. Do better.

Most amazing night staff. Had an incident with a mandolin and the whole staff was so kind and extra supportive while I was losing my mind at first. Could not be happier with how quickly I was treated and how sweet everyone was.
