The customer service here was ON POINT! At check-in the young lady was so sweet and I was processed very quickly; there was absolutely no wait time. Dr. Doherty came out for me and was very sweet. He was very accommodating to my very active 2 year old. The exam took about 30 minutes and then I went next door to choose my frames. Again, excellent customer service. I was greeted by a young man who who took care of my needs instantly. It was a 93 degree day and he offered my 2 year old a popsicle while I selected my frame! Iu2019m very very impressed with this organization. Itu2019s kid friendly as the waiting area has toys and books for kids and toddlers. There also coffee, tea and water for clients. Iu2019m very big on customer service as I am in the hospitality industry and these people NAILED IT! Highly recommended! Thanks everyone!!

I went for an eye exam the gentleman is there a nice and pleasant. I think the guy name is Dave or daniel. He treated me with respect and all the questions I ask him about progressive lenses. He explained to me in detail I think if it wasnu2019t for him, I would have not got progressive lenses. The true definition of customer service..nnI am on my way to the store now to replace my child's broken glasses for the 5th time this year, since its still under the 1 year warranty I know it will be replaced or fixed quickly and with a smile.nThe level of customer service I get every time I visit the store is simply amazing and astonishing at the same time .
