I went to this urgent care for a sinus infection the day after a holiday and it was absolutely packed. I waited for about an hour to be seen, but they allowed me to wait in my car, which was very much appreciated. The receptionist was hard to hear and seemed disinterested in her job, but the RN Mariah (or maybe she was an MA?) was wonderful. She was super friendly and efficient. The PA Morgan was also really nice and had a fantastic bedside manner, especially for how busy they were.

I was seen by Nurse Practitioner Cassandra Lynn Shaffer and honestly she made my trip to Urgent Care as delightful as a trip to Urgent Care can possibly be! She was so reassuring and had the patience to answer all my questions and I canu2019t convey how badly I needed her knowledge and reassurance at that time. She really cares about making sure her patients feel heard and cared for and itu2019s so obvious. I really canu2019t speak highly enough of the visit I had with her. Sheu2019s so kind, informed, it was a treat. Very strongly recommend!

The PA didnu2019t even look at my husband or put hands on him, no assessment was done or any kind of medical care given, they sent him to the ER for some nausea and vomiting. I thought this was a facility where they were supposed to provide care for the patient and not just send them out. They could have maybe ordered some zofran, palpated his abdomen. Really just provide any kind of care. This place is Not recommended. These places keep the EDu2019s in business so if youu2019re looking for a reason to why the cost of healthcare is so bad and the utilization of emergency services maybe look inward

I had been vomiting almost daily for weeks before seeing them. I was obviously in rough condition, focusing my energy on not throwing up or passing out rather than standing upright and generally behaving like a normal person. While clinical staff were kind and proficient, what really stood out to me was my interactions with staff at the front office. They were very concerned with making sure I had whatever they could think to provide me to keep me comfortable (ex: barf bag vs a larger plastic container) and were able to get through the needed paperwork and billing quickly and painlessly. I even suspect that they may have done something to get me seen ASAP because there were other (presumed to be) patients in the waiting room before I got there and I called back before they did. Even as I was leaving, the lady who handled my paperwork excused herself from another conversation to make sure I was taken care of. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her a shout out for the excellent customer service she provided me and how appreciative I was/am for it.nnI will be back if/when I find myself in need of urgent care services again.

We just left this urgent care and had a great experience. The flow of patients was steady but we only had to wait a few minutes to be seen. The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly, and the medical staff was as well. The doctor (Dr. Cassandra Shaffer) was so warm and down-to-earth and we left knowing our issue was well managed. I highly recommend giving this facility a try; the negative reviews are truly baffling.
