Great front desk staff. Great nurses and doctors in the back! My loved one was treated with super doctor care. I will drive out of my way to come back here when we need urgent care again. Thanks for making the ER a much more pleasant experience than either of us have ever experienced.

We have been at this location multiple times for BP fluctuations & migraines pains. Our experience had been very satisfying so far for those visits. However, recently I went during the weekend for swimming ear issue, as i was dealing with that for a week.nThe first Dr, diagnosed me for infection & gave me ear drop & oral antibiotics. As soon as i applied the drops, the situation got worse, i could not hear well at all, the feeling of pressure & fullness became all over my ear. Very frustrated went back in the afternoon, as I was sure there is sth in there which drops actually made it worse. The second Dr ( i skip his ego), was 100% sure that is an infection & there infection fluids & i need to give it time & i can get an injection antibiotic to recover sooner ( which i gladly denied), i asked him to look one more time on my ear, he did & emphasizes on infection again.nMy situation did not improve since Saturday, so i took an ENT appointment; guess what! NO INFECTION at all! Just dried wax near my ear drum. The dr cleared it & asked to stop antibiotics!nnI do not know how has changed there after our previous visits, but I wont recommend this location for ENT cases, as it may cause unnecessary treatments for antibiotics and injections.

In spite of being surrounded by urgent care facilities - we drive the 30 mins extra to go to this urgent care. They are so efficient, thorough and friendly. The admin, nurses and Drs are really incredible.

The doctors and staff at Legacy ER are the most professional, competent, and empathetic I have ever dealt with. They provide what patients are looking for, but seldom receive elsewhere. I highly recommend utilizing their clinic!

The wait was short. Dr. Prickett treated me very well. The prescriptions he prescribed had me going in no time at all. Everyone was very professional. I was back home very quickly.
