My 7 year old was having a severe asthma attack and we decided to try this place. Best decision ever. The staff was friendly, courteous and very compassionate. We would probably be still waiting at the local er. My daughter was given a full assessment, breathing treatment, follow up and scripts, and discharged in under about an hour. Thanks so much to the staff of ER Express!!

My wife was bleeding from her ear and had a terrible sore throat as well as an eye infection. She was treated quickly and most efficiently by the admitting staff, the nurse and a very nice DOCTOR. She and I both recommend this place. We visited on a Sunday morning, when we had expected long lines, but even though there were four people in front of us, the wait wasn't bad at all.

ER Express Care is my top pick for urgent care. The staff is very personable, making you feel welcomed and like a person, not just another patient. The facility is nice and clean. When it's not swamped, they get you in and out. Definitely the most pleasant urgent care experience I've ever had.

Phenomenal. This is the first review I've ever done online and it was simply because the quality of service drove me to do so. Quick, efficient, but not even the slightest bit of feeling that I was being rushed, every single person on staff made me feel like I was their most important patient.The doctor answered all my questions, he was thorough and actually listened to what I was saying before answering. I called later in the day with a question and the doctor actually got on the phone to answer--who does that?I could not have received better care than I received at Er Express Care. Period.

Very happy with the services here! The staff is friendly and professional, seems more like a familial experience, rather than clinical. The office and exam room is clean and nice. We live close, and this is definitely the best experience with an urgent care center weu2019ve had. Thank you!
