This place was amazing, they were quick in the waiting room and were the first doctor office to do a full test on everything instead of writing off my concerns because of my age. Dr. Kara and all of the nurses were amazing and caring, the receptionist was great and attentive. Overall a great place and experience.

This emergency room is a complete disaster. Itu2019s like theyu2019re not even trying to provide basic primary care. The staff was incredibly rude and showed no empathy towards my friend, who was in pain. They were all about collecting insurance and personal details, and they didnu2019t even care about how long it took him to fill out the paperwork.nnEven though my friend had tried other medications without any improvement, the receptionist was rude to him when he came in again. I tried to help him by mentioning his previous visit and asking her to retrieve his information without having to fill out the forms again because of his pain, but she insisted on only talking to him. That was really rude and unexpected.nnMy interaction with her was very short, so there was no chance for misunderstanding. She even criticized my friend for missing some spots on the paperwork, even though he was in a lot of pain. Thatu2019s just not right.nnThis emergency room needs a lot of training in empathy and patient care. We expected a more compassionate approach, especially since there werenu2019t many other patients.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this facility. The staff were unprofessional and unresponsiveu2014even while I was clearly in pain, they showed no urgency or compassion. The wait times were excessively long. The receptionist, Ashlyn, was particularly rude, and Racheal was equally unhelpful. They didn't even have the proper medication available, and when I inquired about it, I was casually told that management failed to send the shipment on time.nnTo make matters worse, while I was visibly in distress, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and laughing among themselves than attending to patients. I would strongly advise against visiting this facility.

I will never go anywhere else. I had flu like symptoms for a few days that werenu2019t improving so I decided to have my husband take me to get checked out, so if I did have the flu, I could get a doctors note and be excused from work. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the front desk, gentlemen who gave us paperwork to fill out and offered us a snack and a drink.nnWe only waited about 10 minutes and we called back. The nurses Kelly and Emily were great and Dr. Megan Pearceu2019s was absolutely phenomenal.nMy blood pressure was very high from the amount of pain I was in and I had had the worst headache for three days straight. They gave me a couple bags of fluid mixed with some medicationu2019s in an IV to help with the headache and bring down the pain. They sent me home with a few prescriptions. I was in and out with in an hour. Highly recommend. Would give 10 stars in I could.
