We go here all the time almost entirely to process returns but also have made copies and done notarization there. I donu2019t consider the staff to be super friendly or charming but they are polite and efficient. I think some of the reviews here are overly negative myself. Anyway I would not drive to a different UPS location based on my experience and these reviews.nnWorth noting that issues with UPS delivery and reliability are not really the fault of the store!

Iu2019ve had mixed experiences at this UPS Store. While the staff is sometimes friendly and gets the job done, there have been frustrating moments as well. For example, during my recent visit, an employee was coughing and sneezing repeatedly without covering her mouth. When I asked if she was feeling okay, she admitted she was sick.nnShe handed me the equipment and suggested I finish the task myself, but I didnu2019t feel comfortable using equipment she had just been sneezing on. I ended up putting on my mask while she completed the job. It was an uncomfortable situation u2014 Iu2019m not sure why she wouldnu2019t have worn a mask or been more mindful of basic hygiene.

Absolutely the worst. I paid $180 for next day shipping and they neglected to tell me it would arrive 24 hours later, probably because pickup had already occurred. And then when I called, they weren't able to read the correct ETA from ups.com. I've also watched them slam perfectly respectful people's fragile packages as soon as they leave the office.

I come here often to return packages, as they are an Amazon drop-off location. The staff is friendly, trying to keep things running smoothly with what must be a mind-numbing job.

They lost a package containing a passport and multiple checks, which nearly 2 weeks after I dropped it off with them still shows on the UPS tracking site that UPS does not have possession of the package. The store staff refused to even look for the package at the store. They insist it's in UPS' possession, although UPS says they never took possession of it. I have visited this store 5 times now asking for updates or information and they always shoo me away promising they will call me with an update, and they never do. Although the items in the package were worth well over $100, they insist that even if they lost the package the maximum that can be paid out is $100 according to UPS policy.
