by far THE most confusing and frustrating experience I've ever had with anyone ever. Took a month to even get the appt. because they kept having trouble receiving the authorization form from my doctor, despite being faxed multiple times, and then they wouldn't tell me or call my doctor, they'd just wait for me to watch time go by and follow up 15 times without being able to talk to anyone who knew what was going on. It's absolutely impossible to get information, you call and are transferred to someone just to be sent to their VM, call back and be transferred to someone else's voicemail.We couldn't get the in-lab one approved by my insurance (Anthem by BCBS), and as it was so hard to communicate with them, after trying for a couple weeks I just gave up and did the at home test.I was told I'd be called within a few weeks with my results and we'd set up a consultation with a sleep doctor to go over the results. I emphasized my doctor was a psychiatrist and I wanted a sleep doctor consultation multiple times.I call after a month has passed and asked for the status of my results, just to be told oh we sent them to your doctor 3 weeks ago. Without telling me or sending them to me. Mind you I've been sleeping horribly and was very anxious to get some answers. I asked for an appt for the sleep doctor to go over my results and was met with a very confused staff member who said, why do you think there is a sleep doctor here? We don't interpret results we only do the testing. I was so confused because I had literally been told multiple times I'd get a consult with a sleep doctor. She said who told you that?Just for my results to be super readable NORMAL no need to bypass me and send them to my mental health professional.The only staff member who made any sense was Monica and she had to give me her personal cell phone number to ensure I could reach someone. Give her a raise, she should not have to be doing all that!!PLEASE save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I almost gave up a month or two in but I didn't want to start over somewhere else. This was way too complicated for no reason. I was told I'd be paying a co-pay only but I just received a bill in the mail for a mysterious $150 from Apnix so that's just great as well.

If I couldu2019ve zero stars, I would! Facility was located in a shopping strip that is not suitable for overnight use. It was scary to me but I stayed because of their cancellation policy, even though the environment was not communicated in advance. Community bathroom was foul and there was no private bathroom available. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable enough. However, they made me pay in advance, though I had two insurances, and then refused to refund money due!

I wrote a check to them for $15.91. When they finely deposited the check, the amount was$5500.00. Now my bank account is insufficient funds. Now lucky me gets to deal with that.

If you need to get a Sleep study or equipment, do not go here. The billing department is such a mess, they delayed 2 months of statements in February & March 2024. Then in April, they left me 2 voicemails, back to back; one at 3PM on last Friday, and one at 11A on Monday. By the night of Monday, I created an online account in their system to pay the invoices. I found nothing in there.I called their billing department, and talk to the guy named Mathew, supposedly the head of their department. They said they sent them already to collections. The guy talked so rude, unwilling to listen, and unwilling to help, and kept talking over me. They made it sounds like the collections part was my fault when they were made a mess of it from their billing department end.I'm ready to return their machine and go elsewhere.

My overall experience was very good. The technician and the appointment scheduler were both friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The room that I slept in was very nice and clean. My only negative comments are about the lack of instructions that was texted to me on the day of the sleep study and that the bed slowly sunk down overnight which elevated my ankles in an uncomfortable position. The instructions text need to include the directions to the correct visitors parking garage that you need to park in and state which doors that you need to enter since they are all locked after business hours. Also, the security guard that was in the visitors parking garage was very rude to the person that dropped me off to the sleep study.
