Doctor was friendly but sent me to the emergency room for a simple eye infection. Cost me over $1600. I have a primary care so I can avoid those type of visits and would hope they could save me the time and money by prescribing me an eye drop without the ER. As a commoner, I wasn't impressed by their medical proficiency.UPDATE: I had another eye infection a few months later. I have since learned you can go to Walmart Vision Center and see an actual eye doctor who can prescribe you medicine for $70. Hope this information helps someone else!

Doctors and nurses are great but the lady at the front desk is the rudest, cruelest receptionist I've ever encountered. And her name is not Angela, she is sweet.I never give bad reviews, but this lady takes the cake. She sent me on a day long goose chase resulting in further damage to my leg by delaying a procedure that could have been done in the office. Then I proceeded to make a follow-up appointment and was lucky enough to get her on the phone and end result she ended up blocking me so I could not contact the doctor for another day. Woman needs to be canned. Period.

The doctor and medical student were great. However,after forgetting to ask for a prescription refill while at the appointment I called and was told the nurses had up to 72 hours to fulfill the request. Seriously, adult primary care, or any care 3 days to to send in a prescription is simply unacceptable. However, I was impressed when the doctor called the prescription in promptly.

receptionist is very rude. there was no one in line, I walked up and said good morning, and was replied with an you're not next! that man sitting over the is first. and then some mumbling about how busy she is each morning. news flash... we all are! I went to sit and wait, but decided on leaving ultimately. I don't like to stay places I'm not welcome. I hope her day gets better. I'll get blood work somewhere else
